Singapore 1971 FDC Art Paintings Mailed to a Military Base in a small town (Bandiana) in Australia Sc144 -149.

Large cover 278 x 183 mm that was probably an unused FDC on the 5th of December 1971.  The cover was then addressed, postmarked and mailed to Australia on the 7th of December 1971.

"Bandiana is a bounded rural locality of the City of Wodonga local government area in northeast Victoria, Australia. At the 2006 census, Bandiana and had a population of 114, mainly based at the military camp."
