| "RELIEF NO. 4/24SE66/PAPUA-N.G" (National Capital District) and Registration label "R/BOROKO/NO. 1881/T.P. & N.G." on 1/6 Carved Canoe Prow and 1/- United Nations on registered cover to Kirkcaldy S.A. with backstamps "RELIEF NO. 4", "ADELAIDE" and "HENLEY BEACH". RELIEF CDS R-4 was in use from 10 September 1966 to 21 April 1967, primarily on Registered Mail in transit, to meet the requirement for additional hand cancellers to handle the increased business.
