"RELIEF CDS R-12 was sent from stores on 16 October 1990 and returned on 18 December 1990. PPS Cover Service Registered Covers had the stamps cancelled with R-12 dated 27 October 1990 (Garwood & Heward) (NOTE this cover 25 October 1990) but backstamped with R-12 dated 7 December 1990. An additional backstamp BOROKO, BK-34, dated 24 December 1990 had been applied as a result of a Postal Inspection.
