| Registered Cover with "RELIEF NO. 3/18NO89/PNG (National Capital Province) and Registration label "R/JACKSONS/4514" on 45t Weightlifting, 70t Rhododendron and 40t "Astrolabe" to Grange S.A. with backstamps "MAIL EXCHANGE BOROKO" and "HENLEY BEACH". RELIEF CDS R-12 (New No. 3) was used from the first day 6 November 1989 until am 29 January 1990, although it may have been used up to 14 February 1990. PPS COVER SERVICE was the first user of registration mail at this new office with Label 4501 (blank with JACKSONS in manuscript) on 18 November 1990.
