| Registered Cover with "RELIEF NO. 5/17MY89/PNG" (North Solomons Province) and Registration label "R/KIETA R6/PNG 5372" on 35t Sydpex 88, 20t "Rattlesnake" and K1 "Blanche" to Grange S.A. with backstamp "HENLEY BEACH". RELIEF CDS R-14 (New No. 5) was despatched from stores on 4 May 1989 after it became known that KT-8 and possibly KT-7 had been lost on 12 April 1989, and was in use from 13 May to 12 September 1989. However it was not returned to stores until 4 December 1989, and there is known usage on 24 November 1989.
