Australian Philatelic Traders' Association 2003 National Convention booklet overprints.
Limited edition with only 500 sets sold exclusively at the Convention held in Albury, New South Wales August 13th to 17th 2003.
Booklets commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, with two different barcodes; one philatelic and one non-philatelic.
This set is number 224, the cover has a printing error and is missing the black printing. Only one cover was found to have this error.
