| "RELIEF NO. 3/19JA69/PAPUA-N.G" (National Capital District) and Registration label "R/PORT MORESBY/NO. 7360/T.P. & N.G." on 1/6 Canoe Prow and 1/- United Nations on registered cover to Kirkcaldy S.A. with backstamps "RELIEF NO. 3", "ADELAIDE" and "HENLEY BEACH". RELIEF CDS R-3 was in use at the Philatelic Sales Counter only from 11 January 1966 to 1 February 1966. (It is believed that Garwood and Heward have made an error on Page 45 Volume 1 Part 2 where they state R-3 was at Port Moresby from 11 January 1966 until 1 February 1996. It was at Finschhafen Feb/Mar 1979 and at Gusap March 1983 to July 1984.
