Postmarker is KN-9 a steel CDS sent to this office on 4 August 1993 and, according to Garwood & Heward Page 76 Vol. 1 Part 1, first usage was 8 August 1993. Scan of postmark on the front shows the stroke and foot of the "4" but the scan on the reverse clearly shows "8MA-4AU93"
