Vintage WTP postcard featuring a view of the Town Hall, St Kilda. The building was designed by William Pitt and completed in 1890. The classical portico which fronts the hall today was added in 1925.
Used to Belgium with 10c postage due stamp postmarked Bruxelles 1909. |
